If your organization is experiencing the challenges of a recent merger, or is about to undergo similar major change such as an acquisition, divestiture or major technology refresh, your current infrastructure may not be adequate to accommodate it.
An HP Network Consolidation solution can help lay the groundwork for voice and data convergence, such as integrated IP telephony and mobility platforms. By maximizing data interconnectivity, you can be assured of a more optimized network infrastructure for years to come, and with it, improved work efficiencies across the board. |

Université de Moncton, a French-language university with multiple campuses in New Brunswick, was continually looking for ways improve operating efficiencies and save money. With the various campuses being so far apart, considerable long-distance and cell phone charges were incurred through daily business.
To reduce operating costs, the university adopted a Cisco® HP pervasive wireless solution and also implemented one of this solution’s many applications, Voice-over-IP (VoIP). The solution reduced administrative and long-distance costs, eliminated the need for cell phones on campus, and boosted staff productivity and operational efficiencies.
The transition from traditional Telco phone service to telephony took just four weeks with no disruption to service and resulted in an anticipated return on investment (ROI) of $750K CAD over a five-year period.
“HP and Cisco designed and implemented our new, wireless campus, and we are enjoying added flexibility and vast improvements to our operating efficiency.”
–Yvon Fontaine, President Université de Moncton
