5100cn had 41 failures from memory errors, firmware issues, paper
jams, and parts requiring replacement in 7,521 pages vs. only 17 failures
in 17,350 pages for the HP Color LaserJet 4650.* On average, the Dell
5100cn failed 5.45 times every 1,000 pages as opposed to the HP Color
LaserJet 4650, which only failed .98 times every 1,000 pages, as this
