» What Can Be Printed In Colour

Not every colour document needs to be copied in colour and not everyone needs colour copying capabilities. Limit who has access to colour copying to further reduce unnecessary use of colour without restricting it altogether.

Use the printer's embedded web server to define a PIN that each user must enter on the printer's control panel before they can copy in colour.
